These terms apply to use of the iDRIVE MOTORS website and free quote tool. The website is operated by IDRIVE MOTORS LTD, company number 16683870, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
Estimate, not a booking
An estimate generated through this website is an initial guide only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a confirmed booking or a contract for transport. A transport contract is formed only when iDRIVE MOTORS confirms the booking and its terms in writing.
Route pricing and range
The estimate tool uses current third-party route data and the details submitted. It includes one base fee for the full estimate, loaded-mileage pricing and, for sequential movements, dead-mileage pricing between movements. The estimate excludes VAT. The final confirmed price may be adjusted by up to plus or minus 10%.
Assumptions and review
All estimates are subject to review of the proposed route, collection and delivery access, vehicle type and condition, running status, timing and other booking information. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details. Material changes or inaccuracies may affect whether a booking can be accepted and the final price.
Vehicle condition and access
Before a booking is confirmed, any requirements relating to vehicle condition, keys, documentation, access restrictions, loading conditions or safe collection and delivery arrangements must be disclosed. A non-running vehicle or restricted access may require different arrangements. Final requirements will be confirmed in writing where a booking proceeds.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, amendment and timing terms are not set by the estimate tool. Any applicable cancellation or change terms will be provided as part of the written booking confirmation. Until then, no transport booking is confirmed.
Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and route estimator available and accurate, but they may be unavailable, interrupted or contain inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for reliance on a website estimate before written booking confirmation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
